A much calmer term starting with the Teadance gig, and performing at the highly prestigious AU Ball at the Athena in Leicester!

A very important term for tux, with our annual headline gig ‘Union Jazz’ held at the Student’s Union!
The term ended perfectly with us performing at the Societies Awards and winning joint Performing Arts Society of the Year!

The sale of food tickets for Loughborough’s finest jazz night of the year have been extended until midnight on Monday 14th May! “What culinary delights does the extra £5.50 provide?” I hear you say. Well, a food ticket gives you unlimited access to a delicious buffet comprised of the following:

Hi Guys!

Tuxedo Swing, Loughborough’s finest student swing band, will be holding auditions for singers the evenings of October 12th and 13th.
I have been playing with Tuxedo Swing for 3 years now and can honestly say it has been the highlight of my time here in Loughborough. The semi-professional band consists of around 30 talented and enthusiastic musicians who work hard to perfect the bands unique and highly sought after sound. With gig opportunities arising nearly every weekend, it is a great way to escape the Loughborough bubble and experience performing in some beautiful and often very different venues! (A medieval castle and a fort in the middle of the ocean are just to name a few). I can’t stress enough how much of a fantastic opportunity this is for students and would encourage any of you who think you have a set of pipes to come and audition!
